First and foremost is the level of service that we provide to our customers, the insurance agents and adjusters that rely on our work and the plumbers that we work with, who call our expert technicians when they notice a water damaged area.  Our service ethics are driven by one component only and that is that we care about the people with whom we work.  Our clients receive the same level of service that we’d provide for our families.  We take great pride in our restoration services, the courtesy and level of caring that our technicians offer each customer, the “after job” cleaning that we perform to ensure that the structures we service are completed to a “pre-loss” condition and we utilize the best equipment and technology that the industry provides.

Training
The technicians at MasterDry are trained by the best in the industry.  We are IICRC trained and certified, we are graduate members of the Vortex Drying School and we constantly send our technicians to various locations to obtain advanced training in areas where we already hold certifications.  Continuing education is a MasterDry trait and is the reason our technicians are the best in the industry.

Technology
At MasterDry, we use science to determine how to dry a structure.  Psychometry (the study of the relationship between air, humidity and temperature, and their effect on various materials and comfort levels) defines how many air movers we utilize, the number of dehumidifiers to set up and generally which pieces of equipment will dry the structure in the shortest amount of time.

Equipment
MasterDry, LLC purchases top of the line and the most advanced equipment in the industry.  We spare no expense on the tools that we use inside of your home or office.  All of our equipment is properly maintained and serviced according to the manufacturers.  We own highly sensitive moisture meters that detect moisture in your home that is visually undetectable.  We utilize systems and equipment that will typically allow us to thoroughly dry your drenched and even “cupping” hardwood floors if we secure the job within the first 24 hours of the loss.  We have a method of top down drying by utilizing an Injectidry System (as seen in the following pictures) in which we can bring saturated drywall back to a “pre-loss” status.  Our goal is to always prevent as much destruction of your property as is possible.
